Custom stainless steel fabrication in Bình Dương
Laser cutting, bending, tube bending, welding and polishing of stainless steel to your drawing or sample, all in one shop. One-off prototypes to production runs, with mill certificates when you need them. The shop is in Thủ Dầu Một Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Bình Dương Province), and delivers to your door.
From stainless sheet to finished part
Stainless sheet and tube are cut, bent, welded and finished in our own shop, with no subcontractors. Each process has its own page with the machine specs.
- 3,000 × 1,500 mm bed
Sheet laser cutting
Stainless is cut with nitrogen, so the edge comes out bright and oxide-free, ready to weld. The protective film stays on during cutting, so the face is not scratched.

Tube laser cutting
Round, square and rectangular tube. Copes, mitres and holes in one set-up, so tube ends fit together ready to weld.

CNC bending
The same angle from the first part to the last. Lined dies keep brushed and mirror faces free of marks.

Tube bending
Round and square tube bent over a mandrel, so bends stay round with no kinks or flat spots. Frames and handrails.

TIG and laser welding
TIG for neat visible seams, handheld laser welding for thin sheet with little distortion. Back purging keeps the weld root bright.

Welds ground and polished flush, passivation for food-contact parts, or powder coating in any RAL colour.

Choosing the grade and finish
The grade decides how long a part lasts and what it costs. Not sure which you need? Tell us where the part will be used and we will advise.

| Stainless 304 In stock | The most used grade. Good corrosion resistance; bends and welds easily. Good for: Outdoors, damp places, food contact |
| Stainless 201 In stock | Cheaper than 304 but less corrosion-resistant; stains if left damp for long. Good for: Indoor items in dry places |
| Stainless 316, 316L In a few days | Added molybdenum resists salt and chemicals better than 304. Costs more. Good for: Near the sea, chemicals, food and pharma |
| Stainless 430 In stock | Magnetic, and the cheapest of the four. Less corrosion-resistant than 304. Good for: Indoor items, decorative parts |
Sheet finish
The finish comes on the sheet from the mill, so it is settled at the quote.
- 2B Smooth grey, slightly reflective. The most common and cheapest.
- BA Bright, close to a mirror but softer.
- #4 brushed One-way grain that hides fingerprints and light scratches.
- #8 mirror A true mirror for feature parts; shows every mark.

01 Do you take small orders?
Yes. One piece is fine; prototypes and repair parts go through the shop every day. The unit price falls as the quantity rises, because parts share sheets and the machine set-up is spread over more of them.
02 Can you work without a drawing?
Yes. Send a photo with dimensions or a hand sketch, or bring the old part to the shop. We turn it into a production file and quote it.
03 How do I know it really is 304?
When a project needs paperwork, we supply the mill certificate (CO/CQ) for the grade used, which states the chemical composition of that heat of steel.
04 Do stainless welds turn black or rust?
A weld left as it is keeps its heat tint and can rust there. We back-purge where needed, then grind, clean and passivate, so the weld stays bright and keeps its corrosion resistance.
05 I buy my own stainless. Will you fabricate it?
Yes. We take customer-supplied sheet and tube. Material is checked for flatness and grade before cutting; if anything looks wrong, we photograph it and call you first.
06 Where is the shop, and do you deliver?
