The coat is only as good as the prep — degrease, phosphate and rinse give the film its adhesion and corrosion life.
Electrostatic wrap plus technique push powder into corners and returns a wet spray would starve or run.
Matched to a RAL, BS or Pantone sample and logged by batch, so a re-order comes back the same colour.

Design it to coat clean
A few habits give an even, durable finish with no bare spots or fit problems. Tell us the faces that matter and what has to stay bare — we plan the hang and the masking.
Give it a hang point
A hole or tab to hang from — every part rides the line on a hook, and that spot stays bare.
Mind deep recesses
Powder is drawn to edges and starves the bottom of deep, narrow channels (the Faraday effect) — open them up if you can.
Mask what stays bare
Threads, bearing bores and earth points must stay coating-free — flag them and we have them plugged and masked before the booth.
Coating adds thickness
Two coats build 60–120 µm on every face — allow clearance on close-fit holes, pins and mating edges.
