Ribbed and anti-slip truck bed floors.
Two kinds of floor: a ribbed floor folded on our press brake for box and refrigerated trucks, and chequer-plate lining cut to the bed. In 304, 201 or 430 stainless, aluminium or galvanized steel. We fit it to the truck, or supply the sheets to your body builder.

Ribbed floors and chequer plate
A ribbed floor is folded from flat sheet. Chequer plate comes with its raised pattern, and is cut to the bed.
Chequer plate
Tread plate — tamarind-leaf, diamond or five-bar — cut to the bed. It can line the walls and rear doors too.

01 Ribbed floor or chequer plate?
A ribbed floor suits box and refrigerated trucks: water runs down the channels, so it washes out easily. Chequer plate suits open and canvas-top trucks, where people and cargo move across the floor. Tell us what the truck carries and we will advise.
02 Which material should I choose?
SS304 resists corrosion best and suits food, seafood and wet cargo. SS201 and SS430 cost less and suit dry cargo. Aluminium is lightest; galvanized steel is cheapest.
03 Do you fit the floor to the truck?
Yes. We fit it to the truck, or supply the sheets to your body builder.
04 How is the price worked out?
By the sheet the floor takes, at the price per m² for the floor type, grade and thickness. The configurator above gives the developed width or sheet area.
05 How long does it take?
We quote within 24 hours with a delivery date. Lead time depends on the size of the order.
