Sheet metal fabrication to drawing in Binh Duong
Laser cutting of sheet and tube, CNC bending, tube bending and welding in one shop, from your drawing to the finished part. Powder coating and galvanizing go to partner plants on the same order. From a single prototype to production runs. We are in Thu Dau Mot ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong), and deliver across Vietnam.
From flat sheet to finished part
Cutting, bending, tube bending and welding all happen in the shop, so parts do not travel between suppliers and one contact answers for the whole order. Coating and plating are done by partner plants, and we manage them. Each process has its own page with the full machine specs.
- Up to 25 mm · 3,000 × 1,500 mm bed
Sheet laser cutting
Steel, stainless and aluminium up to 25 mm, copper and brass up to 10 mm, to ±0.1 mm. Cut straight from DXF, DWG or STEP.
See the specs - Ø15–114 mm · 6 m long
Tube laser cutting
Round, square and rectangular tube with saddles, mitres and holes cut from the 3D model, ready to fit and weld.
See the specs - 36–250 t · up to 6 m
CNC bending
Four press brakes holding ±0.5° on angles. Channels, brackets, boxes and cladding from a flat pattern or a 3D model.
See the specs - Radius from 2 × D
Tube bending
Four hydraulic and manual benders for frames, handrails and railings, with mandrels so tubes do not dent or flatten.
See the specs - 0.6–12 mm
TIG and laser welding
Stainless, aluminium, steel and copper welded into finished assemblies, fixtured square first so they stay flat.
See the specs - At partner plants
Powder coating, galvanizing
Welded parts are powder coated in any RAL colour or galvanized at partner plants and come back on the same order.

Metals we work
Four families of sheet and tube. Cutting and bending limits are given for each. Not sure which to use? Tell us what the part does and we will advise.
| Material | Properties |
|---|---|
| Mild steel, galvanized sheet | Plate and sheet for frames, brackets, guards and structural parts. Economical and easy to work; parts that live outdoors should be powder coated or galvanized. Limits: Laser cut up to 25 mm · bent up to 6 mm |
| Stainless 201, 304, 316, 430 | Rust-free with a clean surface, for food equipment, railings and outdoor parts. Cut with nitrogen for bright, weld-ready edges. Limits: Laser cut up to 25 mm · bent up to 4 mm |
| Aluminium 1050, 3003, 5052, 6061 | Light and corrosion resistant, for facades, cladding and equipment covers. 5052 bends well; 6061 is stiff and suits thick plate. Limits: Laser cut up to 25 mm · bent up to 8 mm |
| Copper, brass | Good electrical conductors, for busbars, contacts and decorative parts. Limits: Laser cut up to 10 mm |

Frequently asked questions
Send the drawing with your question — fastest way to a real answer.
01 What do you fabricate?
Sheet metal and tube parts to drawing: brackets, frames, guards, channels, cladding, railings, handrails and welded assemblies. We laser cut, bend, bend tube and weld in-house; powder coating and galvanizing are done at partner plants.
02 Do you do CNC turning or milling?
No. We specialise in sheet and tube: laser cutting, bending and welding. For parts that need turning or milling, we can laser cut a near-net blank with the stock allowance you ask for, ready for your machinist.
03 Do you take small orders, even one piece?
Yes, from a single prototype to production runs. Small orders are nested on shared sheets to make good use of material.
04 What files do you need for a quote?
DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF. No file yet? A sketch or photo with dimensions is enough to quote. Quotes within 24 hours.
05 How thick a metal can you work?
Laser cutting steel, stainless and aluminium up to 25 mm, copper and brass up to 10 mm. Bending steel up to 6 mm, stainless 4 mm and aluminium 8 mm, up to 6 m long. Welding from 0.6 to 12 mm.
06 What tolerances do you hold?
Laser cutting ±0.1 mm, bending ±0.2 mm and ±0.5°, tube laser cut positions ±0.15 mm. Mark the dimensions that matter on the drawing.
07 Can you powder coat or galvanize as well?
Yes, through partner plants. We send the parts with the RAL colour or plating spec and bring them back on the same order, so you deal with one contact.
08 Where are you, and do you deliver?
We are in Thu Dau Mot ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province), and deliver across Vietnam by freight or courier.
