01 What diameter does a spiral staircase need?
Homes usually take 1.2 – 1.6 m; larger spaces 1.8 – 2 m. The larger the diameter, the wider the treads and the easier the climb. The calculator above shows the tread width at the middle.
02 Stainless or steel?
304 stainless lasts longest outdoors. 201 suits indoor stairs. Galvanized steel stands the weather for less than stainless; powder-coated steel is the cheapest, for indoors.
03 Do you install?
No. We fabricate the staircase and supply it as a kit; your builders install it on site.
04 How does per-step pricing work?
Each step is a complete slice of the stair: tread, a length of column, balusters and handrail. The whole stair is the number of steps times the price per step, by material and diameter. The calculator above works out both; the price is confirmed on the drawing.
05 How long does it take?
We quote within 24 hours with a delivery date. Lead time depends on the size of the order.
