The aluminium grades we cut
The grade decides how hard the part is, how well it bends and what it costs. Not sure which one? Tell us where the part will be used and we will suggest one.

| Aluminium 1050 | A 1xxx grade, almost pure aluminium. Soft, easy to bend and good against corrosion, but not strong. Suits: Decorative panels, facades, parts that carry no load |
| Aluminium 3003 | Alloyed with manganese, so stronger than the 1xxx grades while still easy to bend and good against corrosion. Suits: Cladding, boxes, channels, covers |
| Aluminium 5052 | Alloyed with magnesium: strong, and good in damp and salty air. Bends well. Suits: Outdoor parts, equipment housings, facades |
| Aluminium 6061 | Hard and strong, the choice for load-bearing parts and thick plate. It cracks if bent too tight, so it needs a generous bend radius. Suits: Base plates, fixtures, machine parts |

01 How thick an aluminium plate can you cut?
Up to 25 mm, on a TRUMPF 6 kW fiber laser with a 3,000 × 1,500 mm bed. We cut thin sheet for facades and signs too.
02 Can you cut perforated and patterned facade panels?
Yes. Send the design file (DXF, DWG, AI or PDF) with the panel size and quantity. We check the file before cutting and tell you about any line too fine or holes too close together.
03 Which aluminium grades do you cut?
1050, 3003, 5052 and 6061. Not sure which to use? Tell us where the part goes and we will suggest one.
04 Will you cut just a few sheets?
Yes, even a single sample sheet. The more you order, the lower the unit price, because parts share sheets in the nest and the machine setup is spread over more pieces.
05 Can the parts be bent, welded and coated afterwards?
Yes, on the same order. Bending and welding happen in our shop; powder coating goes to our partner coating line and comes back to us before delivery. You deal with one supplier.
06 Where is the shop, and do you deliver?
At Số 123 Nguyễn Văn Tiết, Thủ Dầu Một Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Hiệp Thành Ward, Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương Province). Our van delivers across Ho Chi Minh City and the nearby industrial parks; national carriers cover the rest of Vietnam.

02CNC bending
Four press brakes, 36–250 t. Cut aluminium blanks are bent into boxes, channels and covers to your drawing.
03TIG and laser welding
TIG, plus 1.5 and 3 kW handheld laser welding. Cut and bent parts are welded into finished assemblies.
04Powder coating
At our partner coating line. Parts go out and come back on the same order.
