Parts factories order from us

Mostly parts a plant used to import, or has to replace when they wear out. Made locally, they skip the wait for an import, and a design change does not mean a new shipment.

Machine frames and bases

Welded steel and stainless tube frames on laser-cut base plates, bolt holes where your drawing puts them.

Guards and covers

Safety guards, covers and partitions in steel or stainless, with bent edges for stiffness.

Brackets and plates

Mounting brackets, base plates, hangers and shims, laser-cut and bent, in volume.

Conveyor parts

Guide rails, supports, chutes and side guards in stainless or steel.

Jigs and fixtures

Welding and assembly fixtures built from laser-cut plate and tube.

Material grade cross-reference

Drawings from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China or Europe name grades in their own standards. We match them to the equivalent grade available in Vietnam, and the quote names the grade we will use.

Nominal equivalents: the chemistry differs slightly between standards. When you need proof, the mill certificate (CO/CQ) shows the grade and chemistry of the lot we used.

    Price, grade and delivery date, with a suggestion when a small drawing change would make the part cheaper.

    First article

    We make the first part; you check and approve it before production.

  4. 04

    Production

    Cut, bent and welded in our shop. Powder coating or plating goes to our partner plants and comes back on the same order.

  5. 05

    Delivered to your plant

    Our truck delivers to the industrial parks around us, with the invoice and the documents agreed.

01 Do you already work with foreign-owned factories?

Yes. We regularly make parts for foreign-owned factories. We do not publish customer names.

02 Can you invoice our export-processing enterprise at 0% VAT?

Yes. We invoice at 0% VAT and handle the on-the-spot export paperwork (xuất nhập khẩu tại chỗ). Tell us your company is an export-processing enterprise when you ask for a quote.

03 Can we work in English, Chinese, Korean or Japanese?

Yes. We answer email and Zalo in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese, and read drawings annotated in those languages.

04 Our drawing names a JIS, KS or GB grade. Is that a problem?

No. We match it to the equivalent grade, as in the table above, and the quote names the grade we will use. When you need proof, the mill certificate (CO/CQ) confirms it.

05 Do you take small orders and prototypes?

Yes, from one piece. Prototypes, trial runs and spare parts are daily work here. The unit price drops as the quantity grows.

06 Can you powder coat or plate the parts?

Yes, through partner plants. We send the parts out for coating or plating, bring them back and deliver them with the order, so you deal with one supplier.

07 Where are you, and do you deliver?

At Số 123 Nguyễn Văn Tiết, Thủ Dầu Một Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Hiệp Thành Ward, Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương Province). Our truck delivers to your plant in Ho Chi Minh City and the nearby industrial parks; national carriers cover the rest of Vietnam.

Sheet Laser Cutting

Fiber laser with automatic nesting for clean edges and tight material yield — from 0.5 mm foils to heavy plate. Parts nest together, so you pay for geometry, not scrap.

Tube Laser Cutting

Rotary-axis fiber laser for tube and profile — copes, miters, slots and bolt holes cut in one setup. No drilling jigs, weld-ready joints.

CNC Bending

CNC press brakes with offline programming — repeatable angles on the first part and the thousandth.

Tube Bending

Round and square tube bent on hydraulic benders — smooth radii without kinks or ovality, frames and handrails included.

TIG & Laser Welding

Cosmetic TIG seams on stainless and aluminium; low-distortion laser welding for thin gauge. Jigs built per job.

Powder Coating

At our partner coating line, booked and shipped both ways by us — any RAL color, textured or smooth, indoor and outdoor grades.
