Our CNC press brakes hold ±0.5° angle tolerance and ±0.15mm dimensional tolerance. Real-world accuracy depends on material, thickness and bend radius.
The minimum inside bend radius is typically equal to the material thickness (1×t) for mild steel, larger for stainless and aluminum. We advise the right radius to avoid cracking and keep the flat pattern accurate.
We bend up to 4 meters long with up to 300 tons of force, handling steel, stainless and aluminum. Send your drawing so we can confirm bendability for your part.
