2D DXF files give the best results. Use separate layers for cutting, bending, and marking. Ensure dimensions are in mm at 1:1 scale. We also accept DWG, STEP, STP, and PDF.

We support flat pattern extraction from 3D STEP/STP files. If you need design from scratch, our engineers can create drawings from sketches or descriptions.

Minimum inside bend radius equals the material thickness. Example: 2mm sheet → minimum bend radius 2mm. For harder materials (stainless, 6061 aluminum), use a larger radius.

Yes. Fiber laser achieves ±0.1mm tolerance, while plasma only reaches ±0.5-1mm. Laser produces cleaner edges with minimal burr, requiring no secondary processing. However, plasma is more cost-effective for steel over 20mm thick.
