From CAD file to coated part. One shop.
Sheet & tube laser cutting, CNC bending, tube bending, TIG & laser welding and powder coating — under one roof, one purchase order, one point of contact. Prototypes to production runs.
Six processes. Zero hand-offs.
Cut, form, join, finish — every station stays in-house, so tolerances hold from the first cut to the final coat and one delay never becomes six.
Sheet Laser Cutting
Fiber laser with automatic nesting for clean edges and tight material yield — from 0.5 mm foils to heavy plate. Parts nest together, so you pay for geometry, not scrap.
Full specs & design rules →Tube Laser Cutting
Rotary-axis fiber laser for tube and profile — copes, miters, slots and bolt holes cut in one setup. No drilling jigs, weld-ready joints.
Full specs & design rules →CNC Bending
CNC press brakes with offline programming — repeatable angles on the first part and the thousandth.
Full specs & design rules →Tube Bending
CNC mandrel bending for round and square tube — smooth radii without kinks or ovality, frames and handrails included.
Full specs & design rules →TIG & Laser Welding
Cosmetic TIG seams on stainless and aluminium; low-distortion laser welding for thin gauge. Jigs built per job.
Full specs & design rules →Powder Coating
FINISH · S-06Full pretreatment line and curing oven in-house — any RAL color, textured or smooth, indoor and outdoor grades.
Full specs & design rules →Materials we run
Everyday stock, on the rack and quoted from geometry. Don't see your material or gauge? Ask — we source specialty grades per job.
The workhorse — strong, cheap, everywhere. Powder coat it for anything that lives outdoors.
Drawing in, parts out

Measured, not assumed
Every dimension on your drawing is a promise. Here's how we keep it — on the first part, during the run, and in writing when the batch ships.
First article, every program
The first part off a new program gets a full dimensional check against the drawing — the run only continues once it passes.
Checked at every station
Bend angle, weld size and coating thickness are verified in-process with calibrated instruments — not just at final inspection.
Proof ships with the parts
A dimensional report comes with every batch on request — free — and each sheet traces back to its mill certificate.
INCOMING QC · GRANITE TABLEBefore you ask
Straight answers from the people who run the machines. If yours isn't covered, it goes to an engineer — not a ticket queue.
Send the drawing with your question — fastest way to a real answer.
Ask an engineerSTEP or DXF is ideal — we quote directly from geometry. A dimensioned PDF also works. For coated parts, add the RAL color and which faces are cosmetic.
No. We run one-off prototypes and repair parts daily. Unit price drops with quantity mainly through nesting and setup amortization — the quote shows the breaks.
Cut-and-bend parts from stock material: 5 working days. Add welding or powder coating: 7–10. Rush slots exist — flag it in your request and we'll confirm before you commit.
Yes — customer-supplied sheet and tube are fine. We inspect it on arrival and confirm it's flat and in-spec before cutting; anything questionable gets a photo and a call first.
Before cutting starts: free — we re-nest and re-quote the delta. After cutting: we'll tell you exactly which parts are affected and what the change costs. No surprises on the invoice.
Yes. Our own van covers HCMC and the surrounding industrial zones; national carriers handle the rest of Vietnam. Parts leave wrapped, corners protected, coated faces separated with foam.
