What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no hard minimum. We take everything from a single first-article prototype to production runs of 10,000+ pieces. Larger quantities receive tiered per-part pricing.

Can you match my local material grade (Grade 350, A36, S355…)?

Yes. Tell us your local grade designation and we will supply the equivalent — for example AS/NZS Grade 350, ASTM A36 or EN S355 in mild steel, or 304/316 in stainless.

What file formats do you accept for a quote?

DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF. If you only have dimensions, material, thickness and quantity, send those — our engineers will help with the flat pattern and DFM review.

Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

Yes. We provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for the supplied material and a first-article dimensional inspection report on request.

What are your payment terms and Incoterms?

Typically a deposit on order with the balance before shipment; terms are agreed per project. We quote EXW, FOB (Ho Chi Minh) or CIF to your destination port.

How does sourcing from Vietnam compare to China?

How long does production take?

Fabrication is typically 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and quantity. For overseas orders, budget an additional 30–45 day ocean transit (FOB/CIF) on top — we don’t promise air-freight speed for sea shipments. First-article samples can be turned around faster.
