Custom Rack Blank Panels — Clean, Optimized Airflow
1U–4U rack blank panels (filler panels) for server and network cabinets. Seal unused spaces, optimize cooling airflow, keep racks professional and organized.

What is a rack blank panel?
A rack blank panel (filler panel) is a metal plate used to cover unused positions in server rack cabinets. When racks aren't fully populated, blank panels maintain proper front-to-back airflow, preventing hot air recirculation.
Standard blank panels are 19 inches wide, 1U (44.45mm) to 4U tall. Made from SGCC galvanized steel 0.8–1.2mm, powder coated or raw galvanized. Quick-mount with cage nuts or snap-in clips.
