Custom Server Rack Frames — Precise & Durable

What is a server rack frame?

A server rack frame is the structural load-bearing component inside a rack cabinet, used to mount servers, switches, UPS units and networking equipment. Frames must ensure proper cooling airflow, neat cable routing and heavy load support for multiple devices.

Server frames are typically made from SGCC galvanized steel 1.5–2.0mm or SS400 mild steel with powder coating. Standard 19-inch mounting rails with square or round holes per EIA-310. Suitable for data centers, server rooms and telecom stations.
