Custom UPS Enclosures — Protecting Continuous Power
UPS enclosures and battery cabinets for data centers, factories and power stations. Optimized cooling design, IP54/IP65 dust protection, durable powder coat finish.

What is a UPS enclosure?
A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) enclosure is the protective housing for battery backup systems — containing inverter, batteries and control circuits. Enclosures must ensure proper heat dissipation (ventilation slots, fans), dust/water protection and electrical safety.
Industrial UPS enclosures are made from SGCC galvanized steel or SS400 mild steel, 1.2–2.0mm thick. Anti-static (ESD) powder coated finish. Sizes range from small 5kVA UPS to large 500kVA+ modular UPS cabinets.
