Electrical enclosures, built to your drawing.
Cut, bent, welded and powder-coated to your drawing — all under one roof in Thủ Dầu Một. Send a drawing today, you’ll have a price tomorrow.
We make the enclosure itself
Switchboard enclosures, distribution cabinets, junction boxes, UPS housings — body, doors, base plates and gland plates. We cut, bend, weld and finish, then hand you a completed enclosure ready for your gear to go in.

Materials
We stock the steel and stainless that enclosures are built from, so orders don’t wait on material. Mill certificates are filed against your order number.
Most of our customers are switchboard builders, electrical contractors and machine shops — people who already have a drawing and want somewhere that builds it right, on the date agreed, without re-explaining the job every time they order.
How it’s made
- 1 Laser cutting
Body, doors, base plates and gland cut-outs on a TRUMPF 6 kW. Holes, slots and cut-outs come straight off the machine — nothing gets drilled twice.
- 2 CNC bending
Formed on press brakes from 36 to 250 t, up to 6 m. Programs are kept, so a repeat order matches the last one.
- 3 Welding & assembly
TIG or handheld laser welding. Clean seams, minimal dressing back, and the box stays square after welding.
- 4 Powder coating
Pretreatment, powder and oven cure in our own shop — nothing gets sent out, so no extra days waiting on a subcontractor.
Enclosures we’ve built
Quick answers
Are the enclosures IP rated?
We build to the sealing design on your drawing — gasket channel, folded lips, gland plates. What we don’t do is certify an IP number ourselves. If the drawing calls for IP54 or IP65 we fabricate the metalwork to achieve it; testing and certification are done by you or a third party.
Do you fit DIN rail, locks and hinges?
No — we deliver the finished, coated enclosure: body, doors and base plates. DIN rail, locks, hinges and the gear inside are fitted by you. It keeps the price transparent and lets you use the hardware you already standardise on.
How large can you go?
Floor-standing cabinets to around 2 m are routine. A single folded piece is bounded by our 3 × 1.5 m sheet; anything bigger becomes a welded multi-panel assembly — still very doable, it just needs planning into the drawing.
Will you make just one?
Yes, from one piece. Plenty of jobs start as a single sample, get tested, and only then run as a batch. The bend programs are kept, so the batch matches the sample you approved.
How long does it take?
5 – 7 working days for a normal order, from the point the drawing is settled. If you need it faster, say so — if there’s room in the machine schedule we’ll fit it in. And if we’re going to be late, you hear it from us first, with a new date you can plan around.

DXF, STEP or PDF — a photo of a hand sketch works too. If something will be awkward to bend or weld, we’ll tell you before you commit.
