Custom Metal Ductwork Fabrication — Precise & Fast
Round and rectangular ductwork for HVAC systems, factory ventilation, smoke extraction. Galvanized steel, stainless steel, precision laser cutting, airtight welding.

What is metal ductwork?
Metal ductwork is air distribution piping in buildings and factories — serving air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, smoke extraction and dust collection. Common shapes: round (most efficient) and rectangular (space-saving).
Ductwork needs to be airtight, noise-reducing and rigid enough to maintain shape. Galvanized SGCC is the standard material. Stainless SUS 304 for food, pharmaceutical factories or corrosive environments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Round or rectangular duct — which is better?
Round duct has better airflow, lower pressure loss and better airtightness. Rectangular duct saves installation space in low ceilings. Choose based on your system design.
How much does galvanized ductwork cost?
SGCC 0.6mm, 200mm diameter round duct: from $3–5 per linear meter. 400×200mm rectangular: from $6–10/m. Fittings (elbows, tees, reducers) quoted separately.
