1. Who is responsible

CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI VÀ SẢN XUẤT INOX TUẤN THỊNH (LASER Tuấn Thịnh), tax code 3700987362, Số 123 Nguyễn Văn Tiết, Phường Thủ Dầu Một, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam, is the controller of the personal data collected under this policy.

This policy covers the website tuanthinh.net in every language, the chat on the website and the LASER Tuấn Thịnh YouTube channel. It is written under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

2. What we collect

The website has no file upload. Drawings you send by email or Zalo are used only to quote and make your parts, are kept confidential, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not knowingly collect data from children. By sending a form, signing up or chatting, you agree to our processing your data as this policy describes, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The website sets no cookies of its own. The language is in the page address, not a cookie.
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits, and Google handles that data as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google signals, its cross-device tracking for advertising, is turned off.
Your browser keeps the quote cart (products and quantities only, cleared once sent) and the chat session ID.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same.

4. Where it is kept, and for how long

Quote requests and Shop notes sign-ups arrive as email in lienhe@tuanthinh.net; the website keeps no copy. Quote emails are kept as business records; Shop notes sign-ups until you unsubscribe.
FabIntel sign-ups are kept in the website’s database until FabIntel launches and you have been told, then deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Chat is deleted from the chat server after 24 hours without a new message. The copy relayed to our staff is kept so they can keep helping you, and deleted if you ask.
Google Analytics: 14 months.
Server technical logs: a few days, to run and protect the website.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising. It passes only through the providers below, each receiving what its job needs:

Our hosting provider: runs the website and the chat, stores FabIntel sign-ups, stops spam.
Our email services: send forms as email and hold the lienhe@tuanthinh.net mailbox.
Google: Google Analytics and YouTube.
Our internal messaging tool: relays chat messages to our staff.
Our plating and powder-coating partner plants: only what your order needs, when it includes that step.
Competent authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers run servers abroad, so your data is transferred and stored outside Vietnam. We name each provider if you ask. When you contact us on Zalo, the conversation is also subject to Zalo’s policy.

6. Our YouTube channel

We use YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on our own channel. We do not use them to access viewers’ YouTube accounts or data.

By watching our videos on YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke any app’s access to your Google account on the Google security settings page. Questions or complaints about the channel: lienhe@tuanthinh.net.

7. Your rights

Under Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

know what data is processed and why;
give or withdraw consent;
see your data and get a copy;
ask us to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data;
object to processing, complain, take legal action and claim compensation as the law provides.

Send your request to lienhe@tuanthinh.net or Zalo 0948 684 939, with the email or phone number you used so we find the right data. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and act within the time the law sets. One message is enough to stop Shop notes or FabIntel news.

8. How we protect it

The website and the chat run over HTTPS only. Only the staff who quote and answer customers can see your data. If data is ever exposed or lost, we tell you and the competent authority as the law requires.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. A significant change is noted right under the title.
